AMS/CRM Selection Survey: The Results Are In!

Back in 2021, 501Works made history with the first-ever survey on the AMS/CRM software selection process — giving associations a rare, data-backed look at how their peers navigate one of the most consequential tech decisions they’ll ever make.

We didn’t stop there. In 2023, we ran it again to track how the landscape had shifted. And now? We’re back with fresh findings and a whole lot to talk about.

Join us at the May CIO Hour for an exclusive first look at the latest AMS/CRM System Selection Survey results — and stick around to dig into what the data actually means for your organization.

Whether your association is just starting to think about a new AMS, deep in the weeds of an implementation, or simply trying to learn from others’ experiences, this one’s for you.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • 📋 Real feedback from association professionals who’ve been through the selection and implementation process
  • 🧠 Insights from the vendors and consultants who participated in the survey
  • 💬 Guidance for associations starting their journey to a new AMS

EXTRA 30

Due to the popularity of this topic, we’re adding an EXTRA 30 minutes with the panelists from 3:00 to 3:30. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share ideas on the AMS Selection process with the other participants and panelists.

The CIO Hour is NOT just for CIO’s!  The CIO Hour is a monthly webinar designed specifically for non-tech association staff to boost their IT-IQ.
