Have you ever used a developer on a project? If you don’t exactly know what developers DO on your IT projects or have not had chance to meet and work them directly, join us for the CIO Hour where we take a fun and informative look at the roles of the developers on your IT team, be they in-house or consultants. We’ve invited two developers with years of experience with associations to explain it all!
The CIO Hour will be recorded each month in case you miss it. However, we hope you attend and engage with the industry experts and other participants regularly so you continue to boost your IT-IQ.
Andrew Warth has worked in computer programming for over 20 years, including fourteen years at 501Works (and its predecessor, ClassFive) as a “full-stack” software engineer focused primarily on website content-management, document generation, reporting/analytics, server/database administration, and UI/UX design. While much of that time has involved building new systems “from scratch,” it has increasingly also included integration with third-party systems and SaaS applications.
James is a seasoned senior executive with more than 20 years of experience working with associations and non-profits of all sizes. James possesses excellent communications skills allowing him to function as a trainer, technology evangelist and to bridge the divide which frequently exists between functional business units and information technology specialists. Coupled with his ability to deep-dive into technology, these key skills allow James to operate across department lines and organizational levels to better integrate technology with the strategic and tactical needs of an organization
